CHRISTIAN DESIGNZ SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders placed on ChristianDesignz.com are processed Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST (excluding major holidays) and are usually printed and shipped within approximately 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
Please allow approximately 1-2 business days from the time of purchase for order processing. On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
Most orders utilizing the Domestic Standard shipping method takes approximately a minimum of 3-8 business days to be delivered from start to finish and comes with a tracking number for you to watch your order on its journey to its destination. Alaska/Hawaii may require extra time. Please note that transit times are measured from the day the product is being shipped.
ChristianDesignz.com ships to all 50 states via USPS First Class, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground.
USPS First Class takes approximately 1-4 business days for your package to be delivered. For more information, please visit USPS.com.
UPS Ground shipping service may be used for orders of 3 lbs or more. UPS Ground shipping service takes approximately 1-5 business for your package to be delivered. For more information, please visit UPS.com.
FEDEX Ground shipping service may be used for orders of 3 lbs or more. FEDEX Ground shipping service takes approximately 1-5 business for your package to be delivered. For more information, please visit FEDEX.com.
We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer. ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information. Shipments returned to Christian Designz as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend or a non-refundable 30% restocking fee with refund for non-customized products (less s&h) or a non-refundable 50% restocking fee with refund for customized products (less s&h). Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with a complete delivery confirmation. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather or any other shipping-related issues. Even though most orders take approximately a minimum of 3-8 business days to be delivered, if your order is of a time sensitive matter, please place your order a minimum of 15 business days or more before needed to give adequate about of time for delivery. If your order is not of a time sensitive matter, please give your order a minimum of 15 business days to be delivered before contacting us. ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Shipping and handling charges to all U.S. cities and states are as follows:
Free shipping for all orders over $99 to anywhere in the United States.
Orders of 98.99 or less have a shipping rate that starts at $2 and up for the first product and starts at $1 and up for each additional product (of like or same product) to anywhere in the Unites States. The cost of shipping depends on the type, price and/or quantity of product being ordered (unless otherwise stated in store-wide promotions of Free Shipping, where shipping anywhere to the U.S. will be FREE).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most orders utilizing the International Standard shipping method takes approximately a minimum of 15-30 business days to be delivered from start to finish and does not come with a complete tracking number. Tracking number given at the time of shipment will track the order no further than, or up to, when your package(s) reaches the country on the shipping address and only sends an order and shipping confirmation email. Due to this issue with the courier or delivery service, ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, therefore, we do not issue a refund or replacement for lost, stolen or damage claims. As a way to insure that our international customers receive their packages delivered safely and securely we offer Route Package Protection. Through this shipping insurance, if something were to go wrong with a delivery the customer can use their insurance they purchased from Route to cover the issue. For a more informed shipment, we suggest international customers use our International Express shipping method which includes a complete shipping to delivery tracking status. Please note that transit times are measured from the day the product is being shipped.
Most orders utilizing the International Express shipping method takes approximately a minimum of 3-15 business days to be delivered from start to finish and comes with a complete tracking number. Tracking number given at time of shipment tracks your order until your package is delivered to the shipping address on the package. Please note that transit times are measured from the day the product is being shipped.
ChristianDesignz.com ships to most countries via USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, FEDEX International Economy or FEDEX International Priority.

Standard and Express shipping method rates are calculated by USPS, UPS or FEDEX to all international countries.
The shipping fee and delivery times may vary based on destination country.
Please note that orders that ship to international countries may be subject to customs charges even AFTER customers have paid for shipping. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are paid by the recipient of the parcel. International shipping fees and customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
For various reasons there are some countries that Christian Designz cannot ship to. Below is a complete list of all the countries that Christian Designz cannot process orders for:
Argentina, Belize, Cuba, Djibouti, El Salvador, Guernsey, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Jersey, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Korea, North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Samoa, Somalia, South Sudan, State of Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Uruguay, Virgin Islands and Yemen.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
We at Christian Designz put our customer's 100% satisfaction to the core of why we do what we do, therefore, we offer Route Package Protection as a way to insure that our customers get, not only the highest quality product, but the highest quality service as well. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged. If Route Package Protection was included at the time of purchase of your order and you have an issue with your package(s) being lost, stolen or damaged then you can file a claim here. Customers who deny Route Package Protection at the time of purchase accept all responsibility for the shipment of their package(s). Please refrain from contacting us about your order status through social media, as social media outlets can sometimes be unreliable as staff will not be able to check each message that comes through in a timely manner. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we receive many messages per day and attend to each message on a first receive basis. We do offer Messenger and WhatsApp chats in the store as another way to contact us for questions about products or orders.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPECIFIC COUNTRY'S POLICIES ON SHIPMENTS COMING FROM THE U.S. SOME COUNTRIES ARE KNOWN TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES ONCE THEY ARRIVE TO THE FINAL COUNTRY AND SAID FEES ARE TO BE PAID BEFORE THE SHIPMENT IS RELEASED TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER. MAKE SURE TO RESEARCH THESE POLICIES TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION OR FRUSTRATION.

ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for any item with a domestic tracking status of DELIVERED. Due to the tracking issue with international couriers or delivery services with standard shipping, ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for any item with an international standard tracking status of IN TRANSIT. ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for any item with an international express tracking status of DELIVERED. ChristianDesignz.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information before they finish checking out and claim their package(s) with the courier/delivery service company used. Once we have shipped your items and have given you a tracking number, the customer will be responsible for contacting the courier/delivery service company used to solve any issues or file any complaints with shipping.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if a customer requests a refund after the package/order has been processed, has a tracking status of Returned to Sender due to a package being Refused, a Redelivery that was scheduled and could not be completed, or if there was any problem with the shipping address or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (No Such Address, No Such Number, Insufficient Address, etc.). ChristianDesignz.com will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. Therefore, we kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information and claim their package(s) with the courier or delivery service company used.
