CHRISTIAN DESIGNZ RETURN POLICY


This return statement (“Return Policy”) covers the company ("Christian Designz") and our service which is offered via our site ("www.christiandesignz.com").

We at Christian Designz strive to make your online shopping experience easy and exciting, but also WORRY FREE. We stand behind every high quality product that we sell. We guarantee our customers will receive all their orders correctly and complete or we will work within our policies to make it right. Our goal is 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.




RMA NUMBER

To return a product to Christian Designz for a full refund or replacement, you must obtain a RMA number within 30 days of the date of purchase. At our sole discretion, Christian Designz will reject returns or charge a 50% restocking fee on returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for the remainder of the 30 days from the date of purchase within which time returned products must be received by Christian Designz. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer must prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label as well as the packaging or box(es) containing the returned product(s).




MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCEDURES

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Christian Designz, unless otherwise stated. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment, unless otherwise stated. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete and will include, if applicable, the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories provided by Christian Designz and their associates. If any component of the returned product is missing, Christian Designz's Return Policy procedures will be breached and Christian Designz may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to charge 30%-50% restocking fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. Christian Designz does not issue refunds on the original shipping charges to the customer.




RETURN ACCEPTANCE

Christian Designz reserves the right to accept or reject any return based on our sole discretion and our Return Policy.




CROSS-SHIPPING

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement or issue a refund.




REFUSING DELIVERY

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 30% restocking fee.




TITLE

Christian Designz does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Christian Designz does not take title to the refunded item.




PACKAGING RETURNS

The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper use or product defacement will result in your return being rejected or charged a 30%-50% restocking fee.




RETURN PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.




REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, Christian Designz will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account.




STORE CREDIT

For returns for store credit, Christian Designz will issue you store credit in the form of a Christian Designz Store Credit Gift Card. Once your return has been processed, a Christian Designz Store Credit Gift Card will be issued and sent to you via email within approximately 1 -2 business days.




REPLACEMENTS

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item. If Christian Designz no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, if that item is simply out of stock, or the Return Policy has been breached, Christian Designz will issue you a refund according to the Return Policy. Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 2-3 business days.




UNWORN, NON-DEFECTIVE OR UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURN

For returning unworn, non-defective or undamaged merchandise you must first acquirer a RMA number by contacting customer service via the "Contact Us" section of this policy. Provide the order number found on your invoice, the name of the product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Secondly, to qualify for return acceptance you must meet the following conditions:

1) Can not be a custom design item, free promotional item, digital item or gift card. Custom or personalized products, free gifts, digital products and gift cards are not returnable for refund.
2) Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in same condition as shipped by Christian Designz.
3) Merchandise must be complete in its original product packing as shipped by Christian Designz, if applicable. Merchandise, like apparel, that is shipped in a poly mailer can be returned in new packaging, but merchandise, like coffee mugs, must include the original, undamaged and unmarked packaging.
4) Merchandise must include all extra items shipped with the product(s). For example, original boxes, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product(s) being returned.
5) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

If return meets all conditions described in this return statement, we will issue you a RMA number which enables you to return the unworn, non-defective or undamaged merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h). Returns are shipped to the address under our "Contact Us" section of this policy, are paid for by the customer and must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h). Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return statement will not qualify for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h). A refund will be issued after a restocking fee of 30% is deducted from the purchase price total (less s&h). Returns which do not have a RMA number will be, at our sole discretion, rejected and returned to customer or charged a 50% restocking fee.




WRONG MERCHANDISE RETURN

If the return of merchandise is a result of our error in delivering a wrong product, we will cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the merchandise. First, the return must meet the conditions described in this return statement for unworn, non-defective or undamaged merchandise, excluding condition number (1), and be a product that is not included in your order. Secondly, contact customer service via the "Contact Us" section of this policy within 30 days of the date of purchase with the order number found on your invoice and the name of the product(s) incorrectly received. If all conditions are fulfilled, we will then issue you a RMA number and send you the proper pre-paid mailing label through either email or postal mail to return the merchandise. Once we have received and processed the wrong merchandise, at our customer's request, we will either reorder the correct merchandise or issue a refund for the purchase price of the missing merchandise (less s&h). If the order was shipped correctly and complete, and the return of wrong merchandise is an act of integrity, we will issue a credit to the customer's loyalty account according to the conditions of this return statement. Returns which do not have a RMA number will be, at our sole discretion, rejected and returned to the customer.




MISPRINTED MERCHANDISE RETURN

If the return of merchandise is a result of our error in accidently shipping misprinted product(s), we will cover the cost of shipping and handling to return the merchandise. The return must meet the conditions described in this return statement for unworn, non-defective or undamaged merchandise, excluding condition number (1) only for custom or personalized products. Please contact customer service via the "Contact Us" section of this policy within 30 days of the date of purchase with the order number found on your invoice, the name of the product which was misprinted and a photo of the misprinted product. As soon as we have all the information needed to show that the misprint was a result of our error, we will then issue you a RMA number and send you the proper pre-paid mailing label through either email or postal mail to return the merchandise. Once we have received and processed the misprinted merchandise, at our customer's request, we will either reorder the correct merchandise or issue a refund for the purchase price of the misprinted merchandise (less s&h). Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return statement will not qualify for a full refund of the purchase price (less s&h). A refund will be issued after a restocking fee of 30% is deducted from the purchase price total (less s&h). Returns which do not have a RMA number will be, at our sole discretion, rejected and returned to customer.




DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

The refunded amount for each item returned will reflect any discount or promotion given at the time of purchase.




TAX

The appropriate tax amount for each item returned will be included with your refund.




MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT RETURN

Christian Designz is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, therefore, we do not authorize returns due to shipping damage. All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by Route Package Protection, if purchased. The Route Package Protection is available for purchase at checkout. Customers who deny Route Package Protection at the time of purchase accept all responsibility for the shipment of their package(s).




MERCHANDISE WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

If merchandise includes a product guarantee or warranty from the manufacture, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Christian Designz does not fulfill product guarantees or warranties for repair or replacement.




CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or change this Return Policy at any time, with or without prior notification. Please check our Return Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Return Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
